I’ve tested this on three iOS devices at this point. Almost every single time you start a video there is a super small but noticeable pop sound and it drives me crazy. I’ve seen other people complain about this months ago through a search but no answer.

I found this little annoying sound because I bought my first Bluetooth headphones on Saturday. This also happens when you connect a lightning to 3.5mm up. But strangely the problem is non existent with the native headphone jack.

I can’t figure out why the problem would exist on those 2 but not the other. It’s definitely the youtube app and its ruining my experience. Anyone else notice this?

I didn't check on bluetooth. I was using a third-party mic/earbuds set with the adapter.

It kind of sounds like the digital "pop" you get with sound files when they start above or below the axis.
