YouTube on iOS Safari
see instructions on the description
it worked with every video I've tried

Update
You can no longer see my video since I have deleted my Google account, but this is what you should do:

1 - Enter YouTube and switch to Desktop version
2 - Enable HTML5 in youtube.com/html5
3 - Open any video and add _popup right next to watch, like this:
youtube.com/watch_popup?v=...
4 - Ok, now you can watch any video, but if you want to see it in HD just tap the setting icon and choose the resolution

this is a genius way to watch all the videos they block on mobile versions!

Thank you!, that made me feel like it was worth posting it.

People... this is not about me getting more views on my video, I'm not a YouTube partner yet (I got the offer but I haven't accepted)
//I'm saying this because I see a lot more views on this post than on the video.

I have a feeling your post has more views than the video because of robots from search engines upping the view.
