I seem to be going round in circles trying to track this theme down !
Not sure it's been updated, but I'm sure it will be soon.
After finding the theme on ithemesky and downloading z[ui 2012, it does not appear to be updated yet !

I'd keep an eye at Modmyi for the latest updates to Zui.
