iPad mini Zagg Folio Bluetooth with Mini

I recently purchased the Zagg Folio for my Mini with Retina. Love the form factor, but Bluetooth works very inconsistently. I always have to "reconnect" through settings, and tonight, nothing I try works. The bluetooth simply won't kick in. I push the small Bluetooth button on the Zagg and the blue light flashes indicating that it is in "pairing" mode, but still no Bluetooth.

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to resolve? Any recommendations?
