I received an email earlier this week that these ^^^ were finally available and ordered one. It arrived today.
I will post pictures and more detailed commentary later, but wanted to start with the following:
Installation accessories included: screen wipe, dust sticker, installation frame, microfiber cloth
Instructions: clear and simple
Process: very simple - took only minutes. Results were 100% successful even though I didn't take the usual precaution of doing the installation in a misty/humid bathroom (to keep dust down)
First impressions:
- glass is very sensitive - as good as the display itself. Much more responsive than the film protector I was using before.
- the bezel is HUGE. It actually covers some of the display, and the silver bezel changes the look of the watch I was happier with the greater amount of black screen (and bezel?) previously visible. OTOH, the bezel doesn't seem to cover any useful information so I don't think this is a deal-killer for me.
