I recently got a hand-me-down Zagg Mini 7 from my father-in-law. It has two issues that I cannot solve.

1. When I type the left shift key does not work with the letter "s". If I try to type a capital "s" using that key, nothing happens.

2. The other issue is with application switching. If I am in a text editor and then check email, what ever I type in the email app actually appears in the text editor. This happens anytime I switch from one app to another. The only way I can get the text I am typing to appear in the second app I use is to turn off and turn back on the keyboard.

I'd love to hear any suggestions.
