Hi, everyone!

I'm hoping that someone here can advise me. I recently purchased a Zagg Slim Book for my iPad Air 2. I know the ins and outs of the iPad fairly well, as this is my third one. But this is the first keyboard attachment I've had.

Anyway, I've paired it a few times with the iPad and it worked well. I didn't use the keyboard for about a week, and now that I try to connect again, it simply won't pair. The keyboard is charged, and it pairs quickly with my iPhone 5s. However, even though the keyboard is listed in the Bluetooth devices and Bluetooth is clearly turned on within the iPad, it simply will not pair. It comes back with the "Connection Unsuccessful" message each time. Rebooting both devices does not work.

Any advice? Do I need to exchange the device while I can?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Finally found the answer!

Apparently, just before I was about to decide to return the device, I went into the iPad and chose to forget the Slim Book. Then I repaired it. After hours of trying the conventional way, this worked immediately.

So if anyone else has a problem like this, then this is something to try.
