The small business I work for has used a Zebra ZD410 to print labels for our merchandise (2.25"x1.25") and it recently stopped printing correctly i.e. format is completely wrong and no idea how to fix it.
I have tried utilizing cups.org, though I am not even sure I did that correctly. I downloaded the most recent driver, but when I download it the files are not anything to be installed in the traditional sense. I think I am just out of my depth, but I have tried following all the steps I can find on the web i.e. running the code to allow access to localhost:631, which worked. The computer recognizes the printer, I have configured the default settings correctly, I believe. But when I try to print labels it's AFU.
tl;dr not sure if im an idiot and cant follow directions or if i'm missing a step or the hardware simply isn't compatible any longer
