iPhone Zepp app (Amazfit) asking for location every few minutes / or 10 seconds

Hello,
Does any of you use Zepp app for connection to Amazfit Bip to get notifications and log sport activities?
I do and I am a bit concerned what happening with location services and this app.

I have not logged any activities which needed GPS, for instance not started running / walking activity which might be logged with such info.
However I have enabled “Always on” and “detailed” Location Services permission for this app (I used to start logging on Amazfit Bip Lite watch).

By today I checked privacy logging which you can enable in Settings > Privacy > Register app activity (I have translated, hopefully without errors .
As a result I found that this app called com.huami.watch asked every few minutes or 10 seconds for my location.

Do you have any ideas why it’s using it and I dont have location icon constantly on ? (Only shows in these other apps)
