ZiPhone help with locked phone

I need step by step instructions.
What do i do first? Plug the phone into the computer or what?
I have downloaded ziphone for mac.
I have purchased a cingular AT&T iPhone 8g.
I currently have a Motorola Razr with a 64k smart chip sim card
I also purchased on ebay a 3g NEW AT&T sim card (if i need)

With this said.
What is my first basic step from start to completion of jailbreak. I am assuming since i am cingular to AT&T i only need to jailbreak

all you have to do if you already activated it .....just install ziphone then plug in your phone if itunes opens just close it ..run ziphone and select jailbreak run it and you will see your phone do somefunky things just let it go when your done you should see a z logo and the installer logo have fun let me know how you make out it takes 3 min thats it

I so apologize for being limited. LOL
I currently have a Motorola Cingular Razr with a 64k smart chip. I purchased a iPhone AT&T Locked via eBay. I do not want to sign up for a 2 year contract. I was hoping to just swap out my sim cards.

I have also purchased on ebay a NEW 3g Cingular/AT&T Sim Card just in case needed.

With this said do i still just follow your instructions.

So as far as being activated. I have no clue
I assume the previous owner activated it.
