ziphone messed me up need help please

OK, I was trying to unlock the iphone using ziphone and it stopped in the middle and now the iphone wont turn off or do anything. It says it need configuration but when I try to run the ziphone it wont find the iphone. The itunes does not read iphone either. What to do. can someone please help

hold the top button on the phone and the menu button and it should restart then stay the hell away from ziphone and use iliberty its much easier and worked fine for me

Ziphone works fine for me! use the DFU mode.
