unlock will NOT work (yet).. zibri is working on that for 3.9 phones..

If you read his blog it clearly says that..

so what did you actually do? did you just connect your iPhone to iTunes and hit the upgrade button?
then your iPhone was on 1.1.3 then you used ziPhone to activate/jailbreak and it worked no problems?

was your 3.9 iPhone previously sim unlocked with anySim at all?

exactly, that is why i am confused, i've read a number of people performing an actual 3.9 unlock with anySIM 1.3 which is what i'm gonna do when i get out of work, as long as the GUI works i'm fine
