Yea I'm probably the last person would would try(let alone actually pay for a zombie game app but this one is cool...try the lite version if you haven't yet.

You setup turrets to shoot zombies to save your shack(house) and yourself of course. You can setup a whole bunch, or upgrade to a few powerful ones, etc. Not to much strategy to be complicated yet not so dumb to get boring really quick.

Post tips if you've played, I'm going to go buy the full version now =)

..only my second paid app, scrabble being #1.

This is one of the few games I actually play again and again on my iphone. It's really a great game. I usually build two axes right in front of the gate that they come out of, I upgrade them both and then build the fire right behind them to pick off any of the zombies that get through. Then I slowly add the guns getting closer and closer to the shack. I've noticed that after a few minutes in, some really fast zombie will run to the shack without being hit. You have to have a gun near the shack (usually in the front left corner) to protect it. Make sure to constantly upgrade the weapons as you get more money and you can stand by any weapon to increase its firepower. Good luck!

I played the crap out of the demo but when I applied that same strategy to the full game I got swamped.

I've modified my tactics to put axes then guns with cannons on the sides. Very fun game and reminds me of pixeljunk monsters on the PS3. I wish this game was full screen.

I wish I could play this on my tablet pc. The only thing that bothers me is the screen is just a bit small for how much is going on at once. Sometimes it's hard to tell how close the zombies are to you, if you need to run or their just wandering around.

...hint hint I need a 6-10" itouch *cough*

I have to agree this is one of my favorite games to play on my iPod. My only problem with it is the lack of maps.

Due to range I find it best to place cannons and an axe or two right at the spawn point with guns (longer range) on the outside and around the beer shack.
