If you meant a link that shows the webpage’s preview with three finger Quick Look: Depending on your screen size-for example, if you’re using a MacBook Air and have less screen than an iMac-if you have the link close to your tab bar, it’ll give you a bigger preview window. Two examples:
iPhone Accessories link, in the middle of screen gives smaller preview
Mac Blog Discussion link, at top of screen gives larger preview
I know of no other way to resize the Quick Look window, but you have a built-in zoom feature.
Go to > System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom. I have it set to Use scroll gesture with modifier keys to zoom ^ Control-(Two Finger Scroll Up or Down to Zoom in or out):
