hey everyone!

Any help is greatly appreciated

I have a MacBook Air and an email message that I'm trying to send out came up with a warning ----- unfortunately, I can't access the warning, because its options go far too below the screen --- is there any way to zoom out of the screen so I can access the options?

If I need to be more specific, then let me know - THANK YOU ALL!

Unless you are truly zoomed in there would be no way to zoom out. Assuming that you are zoomed in a bit there's 2 ways to do this.
On a Macbook place 2 fingers on your trackpad and hold down on the Control key and slide your 2 fingers upward or downward to zoom in and out on the screen.
On a desktop Mac hold down on the Control key and zoom using the scroll wheel on the mouse.
