I searched the forum but didn't see any posts on this brand yet. I did a little bit of research and it seems like a good concept.

I just received my case and camera lens kit and it seems pretty solid so far. I have yet to play with the lenses but from the initial pictures I've taken with it, it's pretty cool.

Anyone else have this case and lens kit?

That looks pretty neat. What type of lens is on there? Share some pics you take of the case on and then off. I had some lens back on my iPhone 5 which connected with a magnetic clip that was stuck around the lens. Quality wasn't that good and it got annoying to carry around.

The lenses it has are wide angle, macro, fisheye and CPL.

Ill post some images that I take with it soon

Here are some pictures I took with/without the lens. So far, I really like using this lens system. I've stopped bringing out a camera with me since the lens attachment is easier for me to carry around.

The fisheye lens really gives a lot more field of view. It has the typical fisheye look with lots of distortion.

The 10x macro lens is really impressive. I was able to get really close to the flower to get incredible details. I want to test this lens more on other things. This is my first time having a macro lens, but using this lens is the most fun for me right now.

I'll post more pics when I get a chance to go take more photos.

The more I use this system, the more I like it. I'm really surprised more people don't know about this case and lens system.

I've used Olloclip in the past and this one blows it out of the water. The problem I had with Olloclip was that I couldn't have a screen protector on my phone and I had to remove my phone case just to use the lenses. It seems like Ztylus solves all the shortcomings I saw with Olloclip.

The only thing I'm missing from the Ztylus kit is a telephoto lens and more macro options, but overall I don't think I'd miss it.

Hey, you're in Texas! Those are bluebonnets!

Kristin

You are right! They started blooming now!

Texans are crazy about bluebonnets :) This is a really good year for them, I think. Austin looks beautiful! And your pics with the ZTylus lens are gorgeous!

OP, could you please take a picture of the phone with the lens attached to it? I'm curious how it looks. Thanks!

Since there's 4 lenses, here's a pic of each lens.

Here's the CPL lens

Macro lens with the wide angle lens removed. I especially like the way they designed this because it is magnetic

Here's the lens attached to the case without the lens flipped out.

More important to me, since the ends of the phone, even the perimeter are completely covered with metal, isn't the phones signal almost completely eliminated. Please comment on this.

How is the case itself with the lens removed. Is it bulky?

No, not at all. It's pretty solid and I feel like my phone is really protected. I took the case off the other day and it just felt naked.

I haven't experienced any dropped calls or anything. I don't really notice any difference in my reception. I typically get 4-5 bars so I always have good service.

The metal is only on the top and bottom. The middle of the phone is the grippy type material. Their website says it's made from a "matte polycarbonate"

Here's a couple more pictures I took with the wide angle and macro lenses. I'm really starting to like the macro lens.

price is reasonable

I like how the cases and the lens together give a vintage vibe to the phone. The case and lens together is much cheaper than I imagined. Do you think this product is worth the money? Theres not much reviews on Amazon...

Thanks dnoph for making this thread! I used to use Olliclip with iPhone 4s when it first came out, and took many good pictures but didn't buy it again after I upgraded to iPhone 5S. I'm a klutz and I really need to have a good case on my phone, so it would be a big hassle to remove my case every time I want to use the lens. I bought a Olloclip 4s case, too but it felt flimsy and didn't protect screen as the front edge was flush with the screen.

Ztylus seems to solve this problem, and I ordered the Lite version. It is less expensive than metal version, and entirely made of plastic except for the kickstand and the screw on the back. The case itself has a nice texture so that it's not slippery, and the front edge is raised up enough to protect screen. I just got it on Friday and haven't used the lenses much yet, but so far so good. The only downside is that with the lens attached my 6 plus feels huge, but that's really because of the phone itself. I hope they continue to make cases for future iPhones compatible with the current lens attachment. I wish I had the coupon code when I ordered it, but am very happy with the purchase. Can't wait to take it outside :)

Yeah for the money I think it's definitely worth it. You get a case and a lens for just a little more than just the Olloclip and there's more functionality.

I remember the first time I clipped my Olloclip to my phone, it pushed up my screen protector. I ended up removing my screen protector just so I could use it.
