Carrier NO AT&T Stores Will Have ANY Jet Black (4.7" and 5.5")

How to Unlock iPhone 5c?
I have an iPhone 5c that I just replaced with another non-iphone. I forgot to call AT&T and have it unlocked before upgrading phones. Can I still call AT&T and have it unlocked? Or do I have to do it another way? It is definitely out of contract. -

at&t wi-fi calling in airplane mode works but not when cell is enabled
