    Will a US blacklisted iPhone work in Canada?

    I live in Canada. I saw an iPhone 6s locked to sprint which is blacklisted for 200$ (a fraction of a non blacklisted price). Will this phone work in Canada if I carrier unlock it. In other words, does the sprint blacklist affect it in Canada?
