It appears that chargers that has 30W USB-C ports is the one to get if you want to 0-50% within 30 mins. This is ideal for cars. Overnight 5-12W USB-A slow charging is what to get to extend battery health.

Is there any indicator on the watch for fast vs ‘regular/slow’ charging? Is the only way just to watch the battery percent go up faster with fast charge?
