    Unable to update software

    iPhone 6+ battery drop

    Hi, Any ideas on what I could do with my iPhone 6+, other than restoring from backup? The battery keeps dropping in chunks. Today it dropped down from 95% to 69% in one go. I've tried resetting it and it went up from 44-55% and then shortly dropped down to 41%. Any ideas? Thanks.
