I can usually playback HEVC-files on my computer but when I try to open those from an iPhone device it's just a big mess of graphics.

Is this a known issue in iOS11?
Jellyfish 140mbps 4K UHD h264
My 2017 MacBook Pro 13" TB (base stock configuration) can't play this smoothly in VLC. The first 15 seconds are choppy and then it becomes smooth but the VLC CPU usage is 300+%.

Hello, I have several apps that I use to tag videos & movies, most are compatible with iTunes.
Now I'm using Plex instead of iTunes which supports HEVC (x265) videos and no app I use let me add tags, manually or by fetching the tags from the web automatically.
Does anyone know about an app...
