hi I have an iPhone 5s that I was recently given by my brother, and he said it was "playing up" (I had no idea what he meant by this) and it seems (I'm not 100% on this) but when it's charging, (using a Polaroid cable to the wall plug) the touchscreen has a mind of its own! I will be scrolling...

I observed that when I charge my phone, the battery percent stuck. I pull out from plug then I connect the charger to the laptop and it shows correctly (for examble it stuck at 95% but the battery seems completely charged and so it is when I connect it to the laptop). What's the problem? o_O
