    IVR auto send letters, not numbers

    My health insurance company has the worst IVR and it takes three minutes of listening and entering letter and digits in to get a live oerson. I am creating an automatic sequence in the contact with a lot of pauses and I know how to automatically send digits but how do I send letters? Thanks .
