All the iPhone models this year have 120hz refresh, is this the same thing as ProMotion? Is it going to look clear and clean like the iPad Pro when swiping apps? Make sense? -

The iPhone xr has the ProMotion feature but the xs and xs max don't. Is this not able to be done on an OLED?
