Mac Pro 2009 (5.1) RAID card suggestion

The 2013 Mac Pro is still on the market, being sold by Apple. Bootcamp Windows 10 won‘t wake up
Hey everybody, I have a 13” MBP (2018) and Windows 10 installed via Bootcamp. When I put the computer to sleep under Windows 10 it won‘t wake up again with the display keep being disabled.
