I own a 15"MacBook Pro 2018 core-i7 and sometimes it becomes abnormally slow. The animations will lag and it will behave worse than a pentium machine. If I close a few apps and wait for a while it becomes usable/normal again but it's super annoying, can anyone tell me what might be the cause...
