    iPad Note app with templates & layers?

    I'm looking for a note taking app with templates & layers. This way, I can use the graphs or dot matrix to keep my writing legible, but then remove the graph/dot/lines, and have my writing appear on a blank page, without graph, lines, etc. Hope that makes sense. Anything like this exists?

    iOS Notes Folders Not Deleting

    In iOS 10, I am unable to remove two folders I created in iOS Notes. As soon as I delete them, they come back. I have restored my iPhone (a clean restore), logged out of iCloud and logged back in etc. Both the folders are empty. Has anybody faced a similar issue?

    Notes not syncing across devices

    iOS 10.1.1 iPad Air (cellular) & iPhone 6s+ I make notes in the Apple Notes app on my iPad, and they don't show up on my phone, even days later. I have all iCloud options turned on, on both devices. What am I doing wrong? On the same devices, Google Keep syncs almost instantaneously.
