    I noticed few post on the subject but nothing similar to what I have... File created / modified are properly set: but once the file is uploaded, it is taking date from somewhere else... It's not todays date - Today is Nov 4th. Is this a known issue?

    My iMac is stuck at scanning photos at around 7000 ...how can i get it to keep scanning?

    In MacOS when it scans your photos (i assume for the 'People" part of photos) it is stuck at around 7000 photos ...and I have 70,000 total....how can I get it to go? i've tried disabling different processes in the background but nothing seems to help.

    Photo, Phone, and backups.

    I want to make sure this is correct. Once I back up my iphone to photos, I can delete the pic/vid from the phone and not have it deleted from photos. Do I understand that correctly? What happens to the photo on iCloud if deleted from phone? Thanks for helping me with these really basic questions.
