Excessive fan speed with new RAM?
Just installed an extra 16GB of RAM (with existing 6GB) in my Pro 3,1 (Early 2008) and fan now sounds like it is trying to take off! Very noisy when doing some things (Photos, PS) and slightly noisier than before when not doing anything. All RAM is Type: DDR2 FB-DIMM Speed: 800 MHz. Top... -

Hi, I searched but the ones I saw, they would get a message saying "your computer has restarted because of a problem". However, I am not getting that message at all. Beeping After RAM Upgrade?
Hello All, I have recently endeavored to take apart my Late 2013 iMac and upgrade the RAM and the HDD to an SSD. I have gotten all of the pieces out and then put it back together. When I put it back together on power the machine just beeps once, then 5-6 seconds pass, then it will beep again...
