I'm aware you guys didn't do much for that to happen but the result of MacRumors on Safari's new coloring menus and tabs is sexy as hell:
Probably the best looking I've seen until today. Great integration.

Has anyone had this? Same thing happened with my iPhone XS although much worse. Was also noticeable on iOS 14.
I now have an iPhone 13 with a clean install and still see this but not as much. Mostly in Safari with a few tabs open or Amazon app.
Thinking this a memory management issue? I have...
Fell free to comment your reasons, and how flexible you are at switching.
Does ad blockers such as the uBlock Origin and paid free extensions in Safari such as the Dark Reader play a role here?
Went to icloud.com to check out what is new in terms of iCloud+ etc. and quickly realised, it is not possible to scroll the web page using the magic keyboard’s touch pad. At least not in the Settings area.

After 10-15 minutes of using Safari, all kinds of websites (single tab) can take 3-8 Gb of memory in the Activity Monitor. I have to quit Safari every 30 minutes of so to reset the memory leak.

People joke that 'Safari seems snappier'. It's funny because Steve said it. Right? That's the way I often see it explained.
So when exactly did he say it?
Google references this MacRumors post where someone says that Steve said it when the iPhone 3G came out. This would have been June 9th...
I was playing around with the background image feature in the customize start page settings for Safari. I attempted to disable the setting and the toggle and background image repeatedly toggled off and on until I force quit the app. Anyone else seeing bugginess with this feature?
Maybe it's just me, but after the latest update 11.6, Safari has become slower, and more sluggish.
i.e Macrumors forum eats up 17.49GB of memory?! Do I have a memory leak, or should I bail on Safari?

Well my mac maxes out at big sur, but i really like the safari 15 redesign in Monterey. I believe that it is hopeful that Apple will release Safari 15 as a standalone update like last year. I mean exactly last year on september 16th, apple released safari 14 for catalina and mojave as a...
The internet traffic between our managed macOS Mojave laptops and the Apple Software Updates website is blocked for security reasons. So I can not use the regular System Preferences - Software Update to update native macOS software.
This is not an issue for me, because every time Apple release...
I am trying to use the Mail app to setup and connect to my Gmail account, but Safari says too many levels of indirection. Don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Why is Safari even involved because my default browser is Chrome? Any help appreciated.

I’ve noticed something odd recently when I’m on a Facebook page in Safari on my iPhone. When I enable show all windows in Safari, the window for Facebook has an icon on the top bar for a store I’ve made purchases from recently, in place of where the blue F icon usually is...
I can't increase (or at least don't know how) the size of thumbnails showing in "File/Image upload" window when uploading content to Flickr, Instagram (via Instagram Studio) and likewise.
I googled it but the answer to "Right click somewhere in the upload window and change the size of...
Hi,
I am developing a small app that holds images and videos. Because Safari works with range requests for downloading video, I implemented that in the app's backend that is in Django. Running the development server, I get the videos really fast.
I deployed the app on a hosting platform, and...
