Permanently upgrage EFI from 32 bit to 64 bit in older Mac Pro
Silly question that I haven't found an answer yet. Is it possible to permanently upgrade the EFI in a MacPro 1,1/2,1 to the true 64 bit version? I know you can use a "utility" like Piker's boot.EFI, but if you try yo install updates, they over write that boo.EFI and you're bricked. -

RAID 0 on two SSD's
Hello everybody, I'm considering exchange my MacBook Pro mid 2012 A1278 HDD for an SSD and also exchange its optic reader for another SSD. Than, use RAID 0 for a better performance. Is this a good idea? Thanks!- unkinkedash

Different memory size sticks
Hello everybody, I'm about to upgrade my MacBook Pro mid 2012 A1278 and it has now(before the upgrade) two sticks of 2GB of memory(4GB total).
