I have the new base-level 2017 MacBook Pro 13" (non-****bar). Very often, the fan starts running jstu because I'm playing a simple 720p YouTube video. Even more so when I play it at 1080p so I stopped doing that. The MacBook itself does not get hot, and Activity Monitor does not show any high...
Hey everyone,
I noticed that about 25% of the time, links I click in a Google Search listing or YouTube links of any kind won't "click" the first time. The loading bar doesn't appear, and repeatedly clicking it doesn't change anything. The only solution is to click it once, then sit back and...
What's the best video downloader, supporting El Capitan and higher, for Youtube and other sites. I need to download at full resolution, whatever that may be for a given video clip.
Just noticed this the day after updating. iPhone 7 no longer will play youtube video sound with the screen locked but restarted via headphones.
So, playing a Youtube video, locking the screen, restarting sound via headphones no longer works via Safari.
Google Chrome will still do it, FYI...

So this Macbook of mine keeps freezing and restarting. It's a fairly new machine and all I have on it are Apples software so far. While in Safari, I have seriously had this thing freeze 12 times tonight. I'm writing this from another computer. I have no idea what is causing this.
sIt happened...
So, every time I try to upload to YouTube it gives me this message:
"Your videos will process faster if you encode into a streamable file format."
I export in FCP X using the master file option to h.264 and AAC audio. That's streamable!!
Am I doing something wrong or is it just YouTube being...
Hello. I recently bought MBP 2016 but as a previous Windows user for 20 years, there are a lot to learn about :)
My default web browser is set to Chrome, and I have a website shortcut in my dock. Is there anyway to open this shortcut (and only this shortcut) in Safari?
The purpose of this is...
Ok, so having been an iMovie user I know not to use the built in share to YouTube option of FCPX but when I export my file as a Master File and try to upload to YouTube I get the following message:
"Your videos will process faster if you encode into a streamable file format. For more...
I have tried "opting out of HTML5" but it just takes me to a page that shows what Safari browser is capable of playing. This is on macOS Sierra and the latest Safari version 10.0.3. I have also reset Safari (cleared history too) and nothing. I don't have any extensions installed.
I have...
I tried this on my eMac running Leopard, and on a 1.33 GHz iBook running Tiger. I have no idea if it'll be any good on older computers, but maybe it is worth a shot, since it seems to work for most videos even if quality will be very limited (3gp only, 176x144 for normal and 320x180 for HQ)...
I'm using Sierra on a 2015 15" retinal MPB. When I do screen recordings using Quicktime, the files I get are enormous and entirely unnecessary since I'm just going to scale them down in iMovie anyway. Plus, doing a screen recording seems to just be too much for this laptop; the fans go like...
Ive been researching on youtube, online, forums etc... and im in a 50/50 descision in that there are legitimate jailbreaks out there for ios10.0.2 . I havent really seen the reliable youtubers releasing jailbreak tutorials for ios 10.0.2 however 10.1 already has a beta jailbreak, however im not...
On Chrome there are dozen of extensions that allow youtube video to be played "full-window". the player width will match the browser window width.
But on Safari I can't find such extensions.
I understand Chrome on Mac runs not as good as Safari does, I do understand, but even youtube runs badly doesn't make sense at all.
The Safari on Mac (Im now on macOS Sierra) runs everything smoothly, including youtube pages. The chrome, on the other hand, is not that perfect, but still way...
Today i bought an iPhone, unknown that both iTube and PlayTube where off the AppStore. Both App's where the reason i bought it in the first place, you load a song and *puuufff* you got it stored on your iPhone.
I know it's illegal, but not if you store your own content, so let's say that is what...
Previously it was possible to download youtube videos through the Developer interface and web inspector (or was it called Activity perhaps), anyway is that possible now? Anyone that can direct me to where to look for the raw video link in Web Inspector?
Thanks in advance.
