O2 Online Bill

Same problem to report here as well.

It has always worked, now cannot access it from iPhone, Safari or Internet Explorer.

Hope they get it fixed!!

I had a weird problem last night - I could log in OK (ignoring certificate error) with Safari (3.1 beta) but when I went to view my bill I got an error that the account didn't exist!
Seems OK this morning, though so I guess they may have been doing some more work on it

Well, I still cannot get on to it, but I recieved an e-mail with the cost of my bill... And guess what, it's way above what I expected! So now I have to sit and wait it out before I figure out what the hell I've spent any "extras" on.

grr.

What got me online was the text message I received from O2:
O2: Just to remind you, using data on your iPhone while abroad isnt included in your tarriff allowance. It costs £7.05/MB, so we recommend that you monitor your usage.
I went to check what damage had been done and found I could not get to my online bill.

I oddly got that message the other day too.. On friday?

I thought it was because I sent a message to my friend in Germany and o2 might have gotten confused.. perhaps they've f*ed up the whole thing?! :S

works fine for me in Safari.
I'm just happy that I can now monitor my daughters and my own usage better now. :D

This is really weird how it is working for some people, but not others.

I'm using latest OSX (Leopard OSX 10.5.2) and Safari (3.0.2 and 3.0.4).

I go to http://www.o2.co.uk

I click 'view my bill'

I get a 'Certificate cannot be authenticated' message.

I click 'Continue'.

I type in my login and password.

I get taken to https://myo2services.o2.co.uk/dashboard/selector which is a totally blank screen.

Same, I have tried firefox, safari, opera, iPhone safari, IE6 on my brothers computer.

It's really pretty odd.

They just need to go back to the old system, as flawed as it was at least everyone could SEE something.

*bump*

Try now people, I managed to log in, looks like they have switched the old system back on.

Just logged in with Firefox and it is still the "new" site…

Edit:
Using iPhone's Safari still gives the "Invalid certificate… continue" message. But at least it doesn't then link to a blank page.

yeh, i realise now it was different, I kind of only looked at the sidebar as I wanted to know what the hell was going on with my bill.

It's sorted now though (my bill) so everything is fine, thankfully! :)

I had received the same message which made me check my online billing but alas, I can't log in either.

I received a text message the other day saying that the amount owed this month was £15 even though i am on the £35 tariff..

I've been under billed before when I was on the £45 tariff (got billed £25), I havent complained though :D:D

Well I'm still getting the certificate warning, but this time clicking continue takes me to my bill in the new format. (with safari)

So, working...ish
