Thinkpad T410i Core i3 2.4Ghz. Good machine, Win 7 is not that bad either mainly run Ubuntu on it though for web. Very snappy with 8GB of RAM.

More seriously, I can live easily enough without any gadget... they just make doing what I do easier is all. I've never wanted for work - gadget-based or otherwise. That said, I love my MBP (5 years old though it is) and my Performance Mouse MX - which has been slowly customized over the last few years to be just the way I want it. I use a regular mouse these days and it irritates the bedickens out of me. I don't think I realize how much I depend on my fancy mouse.
