That was a glitch in the system as that was not supposed to happen. Not necessarily, I received and activated the promo with my 11 PM and again this year for my 12 PM both times using the same Apple ID.

Hey! Not fair... no glitches allowed. ? Guess I got lucky. That was a glitch in the system as that was not supposed to happy.
This is the answer. The T&C says only 1 device per family, regardless of the number of devices purchased. So yeah, it's literally a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.Still being offered but you only get it once so if you had a device last year that you used for the free year you don’t get another one.
Apple has now been notified of your glitch usage and they will be contacting you forthwith in the middle of the night with flashlights and rubber hoses. Thank you for using Apple.Hey! Not fair... no glitches allowed. ? Guess I got lucky.
How do you access the free year? Is it via the app on the phone or can I use it on my PC or Smart TV to access?
It is supposed to be once.Out of curiosity are you eligible for this offer every time you purchase a new Apple device, or is it limited to once per customer? (I assume the latter.)
It's once per family/Apple ID, not per device. Here's the link the promo terms and conditions so you can read all of the details:Out of curiosity are you eligible for this offer every time you purchase a new Apple device, or is it limited to once per customer? (I assume the latter.)
