I usually do 90 crunches at night (though I am thinking about shifting my routine to the morning) I go up hold it, then exhale for 4 seconds and back down. 30 in the middle, 30 to the left, 30 to the right.
 
I think 100000 is a good number to achieve.
Since I fell on my wrist, I can't do push-ups, so sit-ups work.

The first ones from me are coming tomorrow..
