Once jailbroken add repo: https://repo.incendo.ws
install the tweak ReProvision->select downgrade option->0.5~stable
Put in Apple ID stuff and should auto resign the jailbreak app before the Free non-dev 7 days cert is up automatically so you don’t have to worry about it expiring

For best success rate in jail breaking too: flip airplane mode, clear all apps, lock device, wait 30 seconds , then launch and press jailbreak button.
first time it will say it created a snapshot and is rebooting. This is normal. Then do this process again and you should see Cydia on home screen / be golden.

Got outlook working. Got AppStore++ which allows installing older versions. So i rolled back to 4.2, and installed choicy to remove any tweaks from affecting it. Works like a charm now. I only found that out after i had installed and setup spark which to be fair looked just as good.
What tweaks are you using?
I'm looking for a bypass detection so I can still use my banking apps.

1, neither Adrenaline (available in Flex 3; v. 9-4-18)
2, nor Apple File Counduit “2” (as of v1.1, which is BTW also stated to be iOS13-compliant)
work on my iPhone 11 13.3 (unc0ver 4.1.1).
Both tweaks work just fine on my
iPhone 5s (11.4; unc0ver 3.8.0-b1) and
6s+ (12.4; unc0ver 3.6.2+1.gb9c17cb)
running on the latest updates from everything default Cydia package. Will also test on my wife’s 7+.

Do you have a paying dev account? Cydia impactor is stated NOT to work without one. (Can't test myself as I've always had a paying dev account.)

Heads-up: 4.2.0 is out. Upgrading from 4.1.1 went without a hitch on my iPhone 11 (rebooting + deleting the old icon first).

Looking at this site, almost has me tempted to pick up an 11 Pro Max and Jailbreak it.
I'm a die-hard Pixel guy.
Spark is one of my favorite devs he's got lots of cool tweaks. I'd so go for it on sooner side while you stand a chance of getting one on or under 13.3 if interested.
Eventually the 13.3.1 and imminent 13.4 loaded ones will be the most common

No. The bug that the exploit uses was patched in 13.3.1. You can jailbreak up to 13.3.
