Any place but here or there....
You're right gwsat.

kazmac -- If you are even half as pleased with your 13 inch Ultimate MBA as I have been with mine for nearly six months, it will delight you. It is the best laptop I have over owned over the course of eight years of using Mac laptops.

It's great to know a long time Mac laptop user endorses the MBA so highly. I love, love, love my 13" Ultimate Air.

I gave up obsessiing about future proof/interior tech etc. When it came down to it, all I wanted was a laptop which suits me. The MBA 13" ultimtae does exactly what I want it to do. It's just a joy to use.

I'm learning> right now less is more. And when I love a particular Apple computer I tend to stick with that model (case in point iMacs, which I have come to truly appreciate even more when it came down to helping me decide my laptop needs).

Anyway, thanks again to gwsat and Help Please.

I am so glad Apple kept this laptop in their line up.

i'll never take advantage of the i5 but i too am having trouble dropping the whole "future proof" concept. I just wanna love my air and be happy but the "idea" of thunderbolt and the processor (both i wouldnt take advantage of) bother me.

Honestly, I'm so glad I was able to get over the whole "OMG! Core 2 Duo processor?! WTF?!" But seriously. Best computer I have owned to date. Love it.
