Each such list need not be comprehensive; just a shortlist of things that might seriously upset the customer.

In a few days' time you'll be able to give the operating system a one-star rating, or whatever rating you think is appropriate (given the lack of publicity about issues such as this).
True: what you test now may be not the final golden master, but I doubt that a problem such as this can be properly addressed in the few days that Apple has left.
