Used my wife’s phone.
There’s plenty of posts on these forums of customers receiving scratched products from new factory sealed boxes. I’ve encountered the same before. That scratch was out of the box??
No pics?My natural titanium pro max has some surface scratches out of the box on the frame. Does anyone know if this can be polished out? I’d hate to wait for a replacement in this flurry. I noticed it as I was putting on a case.
Nice find! I found this Rolex forum that also referenced it:This is what I’ve used on some brushed titanium watch bracelets and cases but, if the iPhone titanium has some sort of extra coating it may not be safe.

Isn’t JRs video a little crazy? You sure won’t do that to a phone or maybe you will? This is why I have not got one yet, I wanted to see how the whole damage thing pans out, especially after JRs video.
I rarely use a case and my 14PM still looks basically as new. If those edges scratch that easily, it would drive me mad!
The bending bit maybe, even so how easily the pro max popped was a little disconcerting. I am though more concerned as to how easily the sides seem to scratch, maybe slightly less visible on the natural colour but still.Isn’t JRs video a little crazy? If you can keep a 14PM looking new case-less, I think you'll be just fine with 15PM.This is why I have not got one yet, I wanted to see how the whole damage thing pans out, especially after JRs video.

Yes my 14PM was pretty good and my 15Pm blue should be fine. Honestly though I am not too worried as I have Apple care and don’t baby my phone intentionally but never have had any issues. If you can keep a 14PM looking new case-less, I think you'll be just fine with 15PM.
I'm also caseless, and I find the 15PM much less anxiety-inducing. The finish looks very similar to the old Titanium watches, and those have held up quite well for me after 3 yrs.
Ahh makes sense and thanks for the clarification. The bending bit maybe, even so how easily the pro max popped was a little disconcerting. I am though more concerned as to how easily the sides seem to scratch, maybe slightly less visible on the natural colour but still.
