They issued an immediate RMA though. No tests nothing. I described the issue, they agreed it was probably hardware. And issued an exchange right there. Didn't make me go through any BS troubleshooting processes.

Also, in the first post I said the screen didn't seem as bright and WOW as the MBP15. Looks like my hunch was right ... A bad video card would affect brightness and clarity right?
