iPod 1st Gen iPod Replacement - Why so long?

Mine has shipped out yay! getting it tomorrow (BC, canada)! Only a month of waiting not as bad as my buddy who sent his in November and got it last week lol :D


February 12, 2012: Service Requested:

March 2, 2012: Product received

March 3, 2012: Issue identified

March 17, 2012: Replacement Product Shipped

Will probs get a black tiktok and use it as a watch!
 
13 day turn-around & got my new Nano!

:D I submitted my replacement iPod NANO request on March 7, and today I received my new iPod Nano! 13 day turn-around! Amazing!!!! :D
 
Got mine in less than a week. Looks like they are speeding up the process.

Just received my replacement ipod nano in Switzerland

The process took about a month. It was shipped to Switzerland from Holland. This is where my old ipod was sent as well. The shipping took a while, but of course, they do not charge anything at all.

They sent the 6th generation ipod nano 8gb. Amazing service.

Requested Service: 11. April 2012
Shipped of new ipod: 4. Mai 2012
Arrived: 15. Mai 2012

It's really cool! I must admit, I wouldn't have bought one as I use my iPhone for music (and everything else) but this will be great for snowboarding! Especially with a watch strap
