Can't believe the fools went ahead and built such a silly
design without consulting Seagate or WD.

Can't believe some folks assume their iMac is operating as
intended by its designers when the HD temp is running in
the mid-50C's and the fans are still loafing near idle-speed.

Apple's hardware engineers thought it necessary to pay for
three variable-speed fans and a fistfull of temp sensors --
kinda strange that some iMacs never seem to use them.

mine are working alright!!

my imac gets particularly hot because of the desk its in
 
Hot!!!!!!!!

My imac is running at about 60-70% and a gpu of 65 degrees along with everything else is over reg temperature
their is a lot of space to get air and it is not on that long
it is getting up to the point that i can not touch it it is so hot
Anyone have any suggestions?:eek:
 
My imac did that right before it would start crashing all the time. I actually sent a data capture packet to apple and they replaced by imac :D. I don't know if it is the same problem though.
