For me, APM are a want, not a need
And here in Canada they cost like $750...
And Amazon Canada never has interesting deals on Apple products
APM are really good, sound clarity, noise cancelling, the Apple integration and I love the vintagy tech look, but also have some shortcomings, like no on/off switch, not foldable etc
Besides, my Sony XM4 headphones sound amazing

I tried the XM5s and AirPod Maxes - I preferred the latter, but went with the former because it was cheaper. Weight and battery life were not an issue, the APMs felt better balanced on my head.
