Hi i have a MacBook 2,1 (mid 2007) that I tried to run with this image, but it won't load to system, do I need to do anything else for it to work?

This image is for a Mac Pro 2,1 only.
You cannot run it on your MacBook.

It does work on a 1,1 or 2,1 Mac Pro though - thanks to the person who posted it because I didn’t have enough RAM to run pikify... and this allowed me to get on El Cap with 8 GB.

You can use that disk image, but you need to change some file, boot.efi or something, I don't know.
You can read the following thread to get a clue or two about it.

But be careful, the GPU on Macbook 2,1 may be unsupported and even if you are successful in installing El Capitan, it's too laggy to use.

Guten Abend, ich habe einen Mac Pro 1.1 auf 2.1 und 2 x 5355 mit 16 GB RAM. Hat vieleicht jemand El Capitan für mich, wo nicht noch etwas geändert werden muss und ich es so ans laufen bekommen.

Eu tenho um hoje para El Capitan. Só tive que copiar o boot.efi para os dois locais e funcionou na primeira tentativa.
