2015 MBP not recognising internal kb+trackpad

hey, my MBP is no longer recognising the built in kb+trackpad.

I've tried PRAM and SMC reset and it comes back briefly, also tried reinstalling OSX.

It seems to happen once the machine has been asleep for a while.

Anybody got an idea why this might happen?
