2017 iMac prefers wifi over ethernet connection

It permits Apple Watch unlocking and location services to work and prevents any network traffic over Wifi and forces all traffic over ethernet which is what is desired anyway when you have both. Normally I'd just turn off wifi but need it on for unlocking and location services. I never want data to move over wifi when I have ethernet connected to the same network.

There are a few idiosyncrasies, I've noticed that connecting to some network resources seems a bit slower like it's trying the wireless connection first, then going out the wired connection (I'd have to run Wireshark to prove this) and Air Drop is sometimes a little slow to connect.... but does seem to be working so this workaround seems viable.
