Do you have Windows (via Boot Camp) installed?

Fixed the problem! Went to system settings and excluded bootcamp drive from spotlight indexing and that seemed to fixed the problem! No more kernel panics!

Not sure if it's that. Anyway, this is likely not a ”Bridge OS” related Kernel Panic, so maybe something for another thread?
I turned off bootcamp indexing, I'll see, it's strange that it manifests itself when the laptop is cold, that is, for the first time in a day I turn on such a problem, but as soon as I have time to open YouTube, it won't go to reboot

My 2018 MacBook Pro keeps crashing when it's not connected to an external display. The fan goes crazy, the system freezes, and then it restarts over and over. It works fine with an external display, but the fan gets loud when I have a lot of Chrome tabs open. Also, I've noticed the kernel_task CPU usage sometimes goes way over 1000%. I ran Apple Diagnostics, but it didn't find any problems.

My mac seems to be more stable with an external display. It is so weird, I can't understand.

The kernal_task going to 100%+ cpu is a cooling measure.

Crashing when not connected only might mean the igpu is faulty
