iPad Pro 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 256gb cellular+wifi $450 @ Best Buy 'refurb'

Luckily still in my return period for the $250 Amazon refurb keyboard. Can’t wait to send that thing back. They seem to to be updating a few minutes before or after every hour.
 
Scored one finally at 5:55am cst. Keep trying guys, it’s possible

Item has been delayed :/ “working to get it to you in next few days”

was supposed to arrive today

I hope it actually ships

keyboards for 12.9 haven’t shipped either even though supposed to get that tomorrow

I was able to just snag a keyboard but the second I did "Add to Cart" for the iPad, it said it was unavailable. I got further yesterday with the iPad where I could add to cart but couldn't complete purchase. Oh well. I'll keep trying.

EDIT: Can you use a 12.9" keyboard with an 11" Pro? I'm eventually going back to 12.9" anyway, either 2020 or 2021 model, but wondered if it was possible :D

I'll be VERY curious if the model number on the iPad (in Settings/About) indicates it is a refurb.

The first letter in the model number represents the source of the device. Currently, there are four known possible choices:

  • "F": refurbished unit
  • "M": retail unit
  • "N": replacement unit
  • "P": personalized (engraved) unit

I have a brand new macbook air M1 and the serial number begins with F

Magic Keyboards were live earlier this morning. Just grabbed a 12.9” and an 11” (wife is thinking of getting an iPad). Easy adds to cart and checkout this time. Hope I can land the iPad today.

So what is everyone doing—just incessantly hitting the refresh button?
 
I happened to wake up at around 4am and checked the site. Both the 12.9” and 11” keyboard were in stock, so I quickly added both and checked out. Lol. Pure luck, no question. Keep checking the keyboards seem to come online a lot more frequently than the iPad.

Okay, so here's my secret (I did some Googling as well). Chrome has a "Page Monitor" extension that will tell you when a page changes. It stays up in the little extensions at the top right (after telling it to monitor the page), and then turns green when something happens. So I kept the 2 BB tabs up and had the Page Monitor watch them. The problem is, I kept repeatedly missing when it popped up while I was working, gaming etc.

You can add a "chime" sound but I rarely have my sound on, it's always muted. Last night while playing Fortnite on my PC (I'm a nerd), I set my MacBook Pro up next to me with the sound on LOUD, and gamed for awhile. When I heard the chime, I refreshed the page and was able to add it to cart. Downside is, my Visa always wants an extra text verification from BestBuy, so here I am with it in the cart trying to check out and freaking that the Visa is doing the text authentication. :D It was amusing, but I got lucky. I'm really hoping the unit doesn't disappoint and it works well!

Very nice. I had one in my cart earlier-- it was actually a bit flustering because I was about to check out with another item but didn't want the items on the same order...hahaha. I was in the cart, and noticed the "add to cart" button under the iPad Pro which was "saved for later". Yeah. by the time I moved the other item out of my cart and tried to check out I had missed it, of course :p

I'm still waiting for someone to actually receive theirs!

I dunno how they can keep taking orders if they haven't shipped yet.

Mine was supposed to arrive yesterday, it still hasn't shipped as of Wednesday.

My two 12.9 keyboards were supposed to arrive today, haven't shipped yet either.

I *did* get my 11" Smart Keyboard for $99.99 for in store pick up that I got to test with demo units (since I don't have my 11" 2021 on hand yet.. no one does if you aren't a youtuber) but that was from almost two weeks ago

So your status got as far as shipped? Mine's still saying "Order received". At the price, I'll be shocked if it does arrive, it seems too good to be true. Were you charged? I haven't checked my card yet.

Got an 11” keyboard on order from an rando visit on the site. It will be my backup plan if I decide to get an Air/M1 Pro. May 27th arrival, although who knows at this point?

Addendum: BB also has refurb 11” iPad Air, 256GB in Blue and Green for $529.

How was the condition of the keyboard? EDIT: Doh reading comprehension - not arrived yet hehe
