Ordered with in 2 minutes of pre order and delivery date of 9-16. Just got an updated date delay of 9-27/29 FML. If it did not go out by now. You will be getting delayed like me.

This is my first time ordering using the iup program. I received a few emails from Citizens about the loan and the latest email they sent today said you're loan number is.

They never gave me the loan number! It says I need it to register for an online account. Did anyone receive a similar email and did they give you your loan number???

Mine was missing the number too. FWIW I've never really logged onto their site for anything useful, they just bill my CC every month.

I received two emails the second one containing the loan number.

I've been in the IUP for years so I've had many loans from Citizens One and I have an online account. I got a couple of emails saying congratulations on my new loan. The 2nd one had the loan #. I added it to my loans on their website. It doesn't show up automatically. Do you have an online account with Citizens One?

Definitely delayed. People are going to be so pissed about this. When I called to ask about it when I found out. The poor rep kept apologizing over and over. Probably thought I was gonna pull a full Ken on her and rage over the phone.
